i booked a superior double or twin room the room was clean i liked the tidy beds the hotel staff took good care of me the receptionist was great i liked the hospitality. the breakfast had different variety i found the customer service good and very helpful. the location is convenient with many amenities close by. i will book again next time
the wardrobe smelled bad so i left my clothes in the suitcase

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They created a very cute atmosphere. the breakfast was good with a decent selection of items. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruits. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
the noise level was quite high at times. it was difficult to sleep as the sound from the street was quite loud and constant. also, the bathroom was a bit small, and there was no proper shower door. this meant water would spill onto the floor.

the staff was friendly.
the bathroom lacked a shower door and floor mat, posing a safety hazard. i also noticed stains on the bed sheets. the windows did not close properly, allowing a lot of noise into the room at night. this impacted my sleep.
